C/LTJG Kyle Tee
I am Kyle Tee. I was born in Anchorage, Alaska on July 1, 1990. My older brother, Jared Tee, was the Operations Officer for the 2006/2007 school year. Also I have two younger brothers, one is in middle school and one is our Administrative Officer.
I enjoyed my freshman year, first going to boot camp. Boot Camp was very enjoyable meeting new friends and doing things I would have never dream of doing. Later on in the first few days of the 2005/2006 school year I was placed in forth platoon as an assistant squad leader. Then during the year I joined the First Year Drill Team, getting one first place trophy and two second place trophies. Plus I joined the Rifle Team were I learned how to shoot an air rifle for the first time.
My sophomore year was new and an exciting year in the newly built D Hall for the Leadership Academy. Starting my year I was given the position guide for second platoon. When semester came, my platoon’s mustering petty officer had to leave to go to first platoon then I was moved up to mustering petty officer for second platoon.
For my junior year I was the Recruiting Officer for the Company. I also participated in all of the Competitive Drill Teams, Physical Fitness Team, Academic Team, and also the Triathlon Team.
This year is my senior year and as you can probably see my 4th year in NJROTC. I will be the Public Affairs Officer and we will have a great time. What I am going to be doing this year is photographing special events this year like Raider Cup coming up.
